Chalet Policy

You are responsible for verifying all booking information, selecting the appropriate chalet, and confirming your chosen dates.

A chalet representative or staff member may be present during your stay.

Two designated parking spaces are provided per unit. Parking in public areas within the chalet premises is prohibited, except for brief loading and unloading.

Check-out time is strictly enforced. A fee of 500 SAR will be charged for every hour of delay, up to a maximum of two hours. Delays exceeding two hours will incur a full day's rental charge. You are also liable for any damages caused by the delay.

You are responsible for any damage or loss to the chalet or its contents. The cost of repairs will be deducted from your security deposit. If damages exceed the deposit amount, the administration will assess the costs, and you will be responsible for the remaining balance. Please report any damage immediately. Repair costs will be based on official estimates approved by the administration, and you will receive documentation, including photos and a written notice, outlining the costs.

Smoking is strictly prohibited inside the chalet buildings and is only permitted in designated outdoor areas. Smoking inside will result in a 500 SAR fine and potential additional charges for damages such as air contamination or furniture damage.

The chalet management is not responsible for accidents involving you or your guests in or around the swimming pool. You acknowledge that the pool is unfenced and assume full responsibility for its use and supervision, including any harm to yourself or your guests, especially children and non-swimmers, regardless of whether the pool is actively being used. This responsibility extends until you completely vacate the chalet and its premises.

You are responsible for any injuries or accidents within the chalet premises and any resulting compensation claims. You are also responsible for any fires or damages caused by negligence, including those related to the use of portable kitchens and oils. We recommend using such items in designated cooking areas.

Contaminating the pool water with soap or other substances will result in a charge for water replacement, deducted from your security deposit.

Please maintain public decorum and avoid disturbing neighbors or causing any harm, including excessive noise or property damage. You are responsible for any issues arising from disturbances.

The chalet management is not responsible for the loss or damage of personal belongings. Please secure your items throughout your stay.

Spreading false information about the chalet or damaging its reputation is strictly prohibited and may result in legal action under Saudi defamation laws.

Photographing the chalet's interior or exterior for commercial or media purposes is prohibited without prior administrative approval. Drone usage requires official authorization from Saudi authorities.

Pets are not allowed inside the chalet.

The chalet management is not responsible for power outages due to the electricity company or weather conditions. These issues are handled according to local regulations. We are also not responsible for weather-related effects like dust or rain.

A joint inspection with a chalet representative and you will be conducted before departure to document the chalet's condition and avoid disputes regarding compensation.

You are responsible for any damage caused to a third party within the chalet premises and any resulting compensation claims under Saudi law. For example, if your guest damages another guest's property, you are responsible.

Disputes will be resolved through direct negotiation if possible. If a resolution cannot be reached, the matter will be referred to the relevant courts in Saudi Arabia.

The chalet complies with all Saudi Civil Defense safety regulations, including providing fire extinguishers and safety equipment.

We will promptly address any water or electricity outages caused by internal factors, such as faulty wiring or plumbing. If the issue remains unresolved during your stay, compensation may be offered upon mutual agreement. The specific amount will depend on the nature and duration of the disruption.

Cancellation Policy

Bookings can be canceled up to 3 days before arrival. For public holidays and national holidays, cancellations must be made at least 7 days in advance. If there are fewer than 7 days until your arrival date, the booking cannot be modified, and no refunds will be issued.

• A 1,500 SAR security deposit is required upon booking or check-in. Access to the chalet will not be granted until the full contract amount and the security deposit have been paid.
