Chalet Policies
The tenant is responsible for verifying the accuracy of the information, selecting the appropriate chalet, and determining the suitable date for booking
The tenant agrees to the presence of a chalet representative or an official staff member during their stay in the chalet
Only two parking spaces per unit are allowed, and parking in public areas within the chalet is prohibited, except for loading and unloading
The tenant must adhere to the check-out time. A fee of 500 SAR will be charged for each hour of delay, with a maximum of two hours, after which a full day’s rent will be charged. The tenant is responsible for compensating any damages caused by the delay
The tenant is responsible for any damage or loss that occurs in the chalet or its contents, and the cost will be deducted from the security deposit. If the damage exceeds the deposit amount, it will be assessed by management, and the tenant will be required to pay the remaining amount. Damages must be reported immediately, and repair costs will be estimated according to official estimates approved by management, with damages documented through photos and a written notice to the tenant
Smoking is strictly prohibited inside the buildings and chalets. Smoking is only permitted in designated areas outside the building. If smoking is discovered inside the building, the chalet management reserves the right to impose a fine of 500 SAR, in addition to compensation for any damages caused by smoking, such as air pollution or furniture damage
The chalet management is not responsible for any accidents that occur to the tenant or their companions in the pool or surrounding area. The tenant has received the pool without a fence at their request and acknowledges that the pool will be under their own supervision. The tenant assumes full responsibility for the pool and surrounding area, including any harm that may occur to them or their companions, especially children or non-swimmers, whether the tenant is aware of pool usage or not. This responsibility remains until the tenant vacates the rented unit and the chalet entirely
The tenant is fully responsible for any injuries or accidents that occur within the chalet, either to themselves or their companions. They are also liable for any compensation claims resulting from accidents that occur within the chalet
The tenant is responsible for any fire or damage that occurs within the chalet due to their negligence
The tenant is responsible for any damages caused by the use of portable kitchens and oils. It is recommended to use these tools in designated cooking areas to avoid accidents
The tenant will bear the cost of replacing pool water if it becomes contaminated with soap or other substances. The cost of replacing the water will be deducted from the security deposit
Lighting fires on green areas and seating areas is prohibited. Water inflatable games and soap playgrounds are also prohibited inside the chalet
The tenant must maintain public decorum and avoid disturbing the neighbors or causing them harm. The tenant is responsible for any damage caused to neighbors, including noise or physical damage
The management is not responsible for the loss or damage of personal belongings before or after leaving the chalet. The tenant is advised to secure their personal property throughout their stay
It is forbidden to spread misleading information about the chalet or harm its reputation. The management reserves the right to take legal action in accordance with Saudi defamation laws
Photography of internal or external areas for commercial or media purposes is prohibited without management approval. The use of drone cameras is prohibited without an official permit from the relevant authorities in Saudi Arabia
Pets are not allowed inside the chalet
The management is not responsible for power outages caused by the electricity company or weather conditions. These matters are handled according to local regulations
The management is not responsible for weather effects such as dust or rain
If the tenant breaches any clause of this contract, the chalet management reserves the right to terminate the contract and evict the tenant without refunding any paid amounts
A joint inspection will be conducted between the management and the tenant before departure to document the chalet’s condition. The goal is to document any damages and avoid disputes over compensation after the tenant’s departure
If the tenant causes damage to any third party within the chalet, they acknowledge that they are responsible for any compensation claims that may be requested of them in accordance with Saudi laws related to third-party damages
In the event of a dispute between management and the tenant, an attempt will be made to resolve the dispute through direct negotiation. If no resolution is reached, the dispute will be referred to the competent judicial authorities in Saudi Arabia
The management is committed to all safety procedures approved by Saudi Civil Defense, including the availability of fire and safety equipment
In the event of technical issues such as water or electricity outages inside the chalet due to internal matters, they will be addressed as quickly as possible. If the issue cannot be resolved during the stay, the management may offer compensation to the tenant as mutually agreed upon by both parties
Cancellation Policy
Bookings can be canceled up to 3 days before arrival, and for holidays, up to 7 days. No changes or refunds are allowed if less than a week remains before the arrival date
Booking Conditions
Check-in time is 3:00 PM, and check-out time is 12:00 PM
If the tenant does not show up or leaves early, they are not entitled to a refund of the paid rent
A security deposit of 1000 SAR is required at booking or check-in, and the chalet cannot be accessed until the full payment of the contract and deposit is made. This deposit is used to cover any potential damages or losses that may occur during the stay. The full deposit will be refunded within 72 hours of check-out, provided no damages or losses occur. If damages are discovered, the cost of repairs will be deducted from the deposit, and the remaining amount will be returned to the tenant
