Accommodation Policy
- The tenant is responsible for verifying the accuracy of booking information, selecting the appropriate unit, and confirming the suitable booking date..
- The tenant agrees to the presence of a unit representative or an official staff member during check-in and check-out..
- Publishing misleading information about the chalet or damaging its reputation is prohibited. The management reserves the right to take legal action in accordance with Saudi regulations..
- Bringing pets inside or around the rented unit is strictly prohibited to maintain cleanliness and guest safety. This is considered a violation that warrants contract termination without any refund..
- Photographing or filming indoor or outdoor areas for commercial or media purposes without management approval is prohibited. The use of drone cameras without an official permit is also prohibited..
- The tenant is required to pay an advance of 50% of the total booking value as a prerequisite for officially confirming the booking. The booking is not considered confirmed until the payment is made and the contract is signed.
- Personal, non-commercial photography inside the unit is permitted, provided it does not infringe on the privacy of others.
Facilities Usage Policy
- Smoking is prohibited inside the buildings and is only permitted in designated outdoor areas. A cleaning fee of SAR 500 will be charged in case of violation, in addition to compensation for any resulting damages..
- Only two designated parking spaces are allowed per unit. Parking in public areas is prohibited except for loading and unloading purposes..
- The tenant is responsible for any damages resulting from the use of portable kitchens or oils inside or outside the unit..
- Lighting fires in green areas or seating areas is strictly prohibited..
- Inflatable games or foam/soap playgrounds are not permitted..
- Using an electric starter to light charcoal inside the kitchen is prohibited..
- Moving indoor furniture or taking it outside is prohibited without prior coordination with the management..
- If the pool water becomes contaminated with soap or other substances, the tenant bears the cost of water replacement, which will be deducted from the security deposit..
- The management is not responsible for power outages caused by the electricity company or weather conditions..
- The management is not responsible for weather effects such as dust or rain..
Responsibilities and Compensation
- The tenant is responsible for any damages or losses inside the unit or its contents (all chalet contents). Costs will be deducted from the security deposit, and if they exceed the deposit amount, the tenant is obligated to pay the difference..
- Any damages must be reported immediately upon occurrence, and costs will be officially assessed with a written notice to the tenant..
- The tenant is responsible for any damages caused to neighbors, such as disturbances or property damage..
- The tenant bears full responsibility for any injuries or accidents sustained by themselves or their companions inside the unit, as well as any resulting compensation..
- The tenant is responsible for any fires or damages caused by negligence, unless the cause is a technical malfunction..
- The management is not responsible for the loss or damage of personal belongings before or after departure..
- If the tenant causes damages to a third party inside the unit, they bear all legal compensation in accordance with applicable regulations..
- The tenant is not permitted to sublet the unit or use it for purposes other than those agreed upon. In case of violation, the contract will be cancelled without any refund..
- The management is committed to all safety procedures approved by the Civil Defense, including fire extinguishing tools and alarms..
- The tenant will be fined SAR 1,150 if proven to have damaged the television screen.
- The tenant will be fined SAR 1,050 if proven to have lit charcoal on the ceramic stove in the kitchen.
Check-in and Check-out Terms
- Check-in time: 3:00 PM
- Check-out time: 4:00 AM (to allow sufficient time for cleaning before the next guest
- Ramadan season: Check-in at 3:00 PM and check-out at 1:00 AM
- Early check-in and late check-out fees:
- - Early check-in fee: SAR 500
- - Late check-out fee: SAR 300
- In the event of a delay beyond the agreed check-out time without prior payment of fees or notifying reception during the booking period, a late fee of SAR 500 per hour will be charged, deducted from the security deposit, for a maximum of two hours. After that, a full additional day's rent will be charged..
- A joint inspection between the management and the tenant will be conducted upon departure to document the condition of the unit and identify any damages..
- A security deposit of SAR 1,000 is required at the time of booking or upon arrival. Entry is not permitted until the full contract amount and deposit have been paid..
- The security deposit will be refunded within 7 days of departure if no damages are recorded. In the event of damages, the repair cost will be deducted and the remaining amount will be returned to the tenant.
Safety Policy
- The chalet management is not responsible for any incidents inside or around the pool..
- The chalet management is not responsible for the loss of any personal belongings of the guest during their stay or after check-out..
- Receiving the pool without a fence is done upon the tenant's request, who bears full responsibility for the safety of themselves and their companions, especially children and non-swimmers..
- In the event of internal malfunctions such as water or electricity outages, the management will strive to resolve them as quickly as possible. If the issue cannot be resolved during the stay, appropriate compensation will be discussed between both parties..
Cancellation Policy
- Bookings can be cancelled free of charge up to 3 days before the arrival date..
- During holidays and official vacations, cancellations must be made at least 7 days before the arrival date..
Acceptance of Terms
- Completing the booking is considered an explicit agreement by the tenant to all terms and policies stated in this document, and an acknowledgment of their commitment to them throughout the stay..
- In the event of a violation of any clause, the management reserves the right to cancel the contract and require the tenant to vacate without refunding any paid amounts.
